The SPRAICO.AI Project Cloud value channel provides a managed developer-side project reference information environment for communication, organisation and developer-side information continuity.
Reality Capture
The SPRAICO.AI Reality Capture value channel provides developer-side project evidence capture through LiDAR, GNSS, photogrammetry, reference point-cloud datasets, photography and drone video, where useful.
openBIM / AECO-FM
The SPRAICO.AI openBIM / AECO-FM value channel provides open project-data reference sets, openBIM, IFC, developer information models, file continuity, coordination checks and lifecycle-aware datasets.
Marketing & Exit Systems
The SPRAICO.AI Marketing & Exit Systems value channel provides market-facing collateral and exit-ready reference information datasets for presentation, handover, operation, refinancing, transfer or sale.

The package establishes a developer-side reference information environment for existing project records, communications, decisions and technical files. Information is organised by source, status, project stage and intended use, with agreed naming and access rules.

Project Information Takeover and Restart
From €1,500 + VAT
The package collects and prepares project information received from former agents, consultants, contractors and other sources when a project changes team, restarts or enters formal review. Material is first placed in a controlled working structure for assessment before it enters the developer-side reference information environment.
Deliverable:
Prepared project-information baseline with indexed sources, recorded status, access rules and identified restart needs as of the agreed cut-off date.

Executive Launch

An intensive executive working session that gives leadership teams a clear, project-specific understanding of the complete SPRAICO.AI system—from the Project Solutions Matrix and targeted Project Packages to connected Project Processes, developer-side information environments, technology capabilities, and Partnership models. The session maps these components to your project or portfolio, identifies key risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and establishes implementation priorities and practical next steps.

Reality capture
When we started thirty years ago, we used tape measures. Fifteen years ago, we were happy to have handheld laser rangefinders. Today, Reality capture technologies allow us to scan 18,000,000 georeferenced points per minute, even at lower settings.

A package using LiDAR and GNSS, together with drone photogrammetry where permitted and practical, to create a captured spatial reference of site conditions, progress and as-built context. Ground-based and aerial capture can be combined to document accessible, large or difficult-to-reach areas and connect physical evidence to drawings, models, decisions and handover records.

Project-reference information dataset comprising LiDAR and photogrammetric point clouds and GNSS references.

openBIM / AECO-FM
Add value to your real estate project with a coherent, developer-side 3D project information model accessible from any device, without needing to assemble an internal technology team or learn these technologies yourself.
SPRAICO.AI helps you create and use this model to communicate clearly with all project participants and retain project data, drawings, schedules and other project information on your side. This helps you avoid mistakes, support developer-side decisions and reduce vendor and project-agent lock-in.
2D to openBIM

The package converts fragmented 2D and supporting project information into a structured openBIM reference model within the developer-side reference information environment. PDFs, scans, CAD files, specifications, schedules, photographs and geospatial records are indexed and assessed before modelling.
